I discovered my passion for teaching while running a daycare in my home when my son was in kindergarten. I attended Baker College where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, with certifications from Madonna University in Language Arts and Early Childhood Education. On a personal note, I have been married for 24 years. My husband, children, and I enjoy spending time together camping, traveling, and participating in "family game nights". My son is a senior in college and is studying to become an elementary school teacher. My daughter is a senior in high school and works as a physical therapy technician. We have a Border Collie/Lab mix who thinks he is a 65 pound lap dog! Our beloved cat, Timber (more commonly referred to as "kitty") provides us with great entertainment as he chases his tail at the little beams of light we flash his way. I look forward to another great year at St. Paul.
