2019-2020 Registration Dates

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES 2019-2020
 
January 10, 2019 – Registration packets go home to all school families whose tuition is current.
 
January 11, 2019 – School families may begin registering for grades Preschool – 8 by returning their completed registration packet to the school office.  Please make sure to return all paperwork including – registration form, a signed tuition contract, deposit check and for the 2019-2020 school year a birth certificate is required for all current students.
 
 
January 22, 2019- Preschool – 8 ^th registration begins for new IN-PARISH families.
Please have with you when you register: registration form, signed tuition agreement, deposit, birth certificate, baptismal certificate, and immunization record.  Registration will not be accepted without all paperwork and deposit.
 
January 28, 2019 – Open Registration for new out of parish families begins today.
 
New students MUST provide a copy of a birth certificate, immunization record, and baptismal certificate (if applicable) at the time of registration.
 
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE WITHOUT A COMPLETELY FILLED OUT REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH STUDENT, A SIGNED TUITION AGREEMENT, ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK, AND THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
 
**STUDENTS ENTERING OUR PRESCHOOL PROGRAM MUST TURN 3 OR 4 ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1^ST. **
 
**STUDENTS ENTERING KINDERGARTEN MUST TURN 5 YEARS OF AGE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1^ST.** 
 
**STUDENTS REGISTERING FOR THE YOUNG 5 PROGRAM MUST TURN 5 YEARS OF AGE by September 1^ST.   Please contact Mrs. Forsythe with any questions or concerns you may have at 313-885-3430.**
